I’m going to have to train a friend who wants to work with my company. But they know very little. I don’t know why I jumped at this opportunity. But it’ll be good. Why do we test on mentees or train people? Do we get anything from it? We will see I guess. There must be good that comes from it because people do it all the time. There is so much good! They trainee get’s so much insight. Here’s to business growth.
