Go jump out of an airplane. You’ll be scared the night before. Then you’ll be scared in the plane. Then you’ll jump.

This is amazing.

Why was I scared?

You wanna go talk to a pretty girl across the room.

You’re scared but you’re so far away from her.

You walk over to her.

Things are fine.

Why were you so scared while looking at her?

You can be scared, but be scared in the moment. No need to be scared twice. But you’ll realize that you won’t even be scared while you’re doing it.

The point of minimum fear is at the point of maximum danger.
